Center for Oral History Preserves the recollections of Hawai‘i’s people through oral interviews and disseminates oral history transcripts to researchers, students, and the general community.
Emprints Pacific EMPRINTS is a continuing education training partnership of eleven organizations, including the Hawaii State Civil Defense which has statewide emergency management responsibilities for Hawaii and Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI), the world's leading developer of geographical information systems (GIS) software.
Futures Studies Serves as a futures research arm for public agencies, private groups, and individuals who require assistance in locating future-oriented information or experts.
Globalization Research Center Seeks to promote interdisciplinary, international and global studies of pressing problems faced by humanity and investigate causes, arguments and alternatives to present trends and relationships within the phenomena of globalization.
Hawai`i Coral Reef Initiative Research Program Supports scientific research and monitoring to enhance the state's capacity to manage its coral reef resources.
Hawaii Energy Policy Forum A unique experiment in collaborative energy planning and policy making. It includes representatives from business, government, and the community.
